Oil and Water is an experimental video and art installation that was featured at the 2011 Dumbo Arts Festival in the Tobacco Warehouse in Dumbo Brooklyn. Oil and Water is curated by Eric Ayotte and is in collaboration with bubble machine inventor Richard Oliver Wilson and sound and video artist Derrick Barnicoat a.k.a. et.per.se.and. Oil and Water explores the temporal nature of experience and light. It is comprised of an MP4, a projector, 3 transparent screens, a giant bubble making machine and soap.
